Co-founder and director. Built a team of 18 psychologists and psychiatrists serving some 1,700 patients; designed its clinical protocols and management systems.

Consultant. Designed an evidence-informed method for composing diverse student innovation teams and training their mentors — the starting point of my diversity-management work.


Fundación Todo Mejora

Board member. Founded and led the health area; co-authored pioneering guidelines on the care of LGBTI+ children and adolescents (2013).

JUNAEB

National Coordinator, Habilidades Para la Vida. Co-created Habilidades Para la Vida III; designed and piloted its national risk-detection systems; counterpart to six national and international research teams (Universidad de Chile, PUCV, Universidad del Desarrollo, University of North Carolina, University of Warwick, Harvard Medical School–MGH).

Teaching, throughout
